sick Gulf War vets. Its
- uncertain if this is broad sweeping or
badly managed science to
- produce a faulty definition based on
psychiatry. At the same time VA
- sabotaged its RAC research meeting in
February claiming it could not justify
- the travel budget for it. This looks like a
excuse to cap any opinions from
- the RAC concerning the nature and content
of this Volume 9 report. We have
- legacy government personnel involved in
this that should have retired long
- ago who want to hang onto 1997 like it was
a magic year for ideas. We need
- fresh ideas, and people to create them to
look for new venues of hope.
